FAO SCC 28 RE Salmon

Cook a salmon steak in a griddle or frying pan in a little butter and olive oil.

Serve with spicy potato wedges, guacamole, and mango salsa.

Make the Spicy Potato wedges yourself by sprinkling on some Cajun spices before you cook them.

For the salsa just chop up some mango and red onion.

The Mrs is making me this for tonight.
