To get those 30+ HD channells you have to be on the full package don't you?

so ?9 on top of your ?35-40 per month, and there's no way I could ever justify spending that on TV each month, but then I'm not a big earner.

The HDR will always work (unless they turn Freesat off), I'll never have to pay a subscription for it, and it plugs into ethernet so you can get iplayer.

It IS only BBCHD and ITV's HD stuff, but that's enough for me (especially when it's FREE), there's an awful lot of crap I'd never watch on Sky, I had the basic SKy package for a year, I don't miss it.
