where old clothes that you dont mind throwing away after.... think layers!!! an old boiler suit or decorating clothes will do! also take an old woolly hat, prev something that covers the back of your neck - you will get splattered in paint and my god it hurts in un protected areas! Defo protect your head as the mask they give you only covers your face.

Oh, and apparently, capturing, dragging off and torturing a member of the opposite team isnt allowed, amazingly, and can lead to disqualification! what IS the world coming to?! Pah!
