training report

macnamee looked very sharp, along with hughes, horse and chris martin. askou looked fit but touch was a bit rusty.

jc trained with the kids wearing 4 tops gloves and hat.

drury was putting in laps of colney and presumably won't be out to long.

zac was pushing weights.
