quite ammusing!
Dear Mr
Thank you for your e-mail regarding the steward at the Norwich game. I have spoken to the steward we believe dealt with this incident. Prior to this game, the club issued statements making it clear that any away fans in home areas would be ejected. The steward concerned had reason to believe from your actions, that you were a Norwich supporter and therefore attempted to eject you. In the course of this ejection, he received an injury and therefore felt the need to use reasonable force.
I hope this answers your query.

Subject: complaint against a colchester steward.
dear sir/madam,
I wish to complain about one of your stewards, who caused me physical harm on saturaday 16/1/10, the day of the norwich match.
I was seating in the west stand, and at the end of the game, I went down the front of the stand, to clap the players, and at that point, I have been grabbed by a steward, and he put my arm behind my back, and marched me outside to awaiting policemen, claiming I was a norwich fan.
This caused me much embarresment, and left me feeling in pain, and I am only 5 foot 3", is there a need to treat me in such a aggressive manner, and at no time did I resit, this stewards advances.
I expect this matter to be investigated, otherwise I shall seek legal advice.
