and that's designed by the FA to keep the trust between football clubs and the transfer system going, with its staged payements and the like, or there could well be a domino effect too with one bad club pulling down smaller not-so-bad clubs down with it - though i suppose the fewer the number of players plucked from the lower leagues the better in that case...
