Sky think not, Doesn't seem clear really lots of opinion. As its a winding up order that's

applied for, is the judge's decision simply whether to grant it or not?
If so, Admin isn't something he can impose is it?
Pompey could have chosen it, personally they've taken a hell of a gamble going to court.
