I think you probably should.

No, I've got no idea really. I don't know how used to caffeine you are, or how strong the coffee is that you're drinking. I've got no idea of your predisposition to sleeping problems, or caffeine induced fliddys. I really haven't got any of the evidential knowledge that you'd usually require in order to offer that sort of advice.
