Not trying to get ahead of ourselves but if we make it to the champs I think it could be one of the weaker champs divisions for a long long time.

Lets assume Newcastle and WBA get promoted plus one other strong team.

lets assume that Portsmouth are down and will sell everything thats not nailed down.
Outside of West Ham, most of the other teams who fill the remaining two spots will sell like crazy trying to ditch their crazy wage bills.
