I agee to an extent but it would be nice to have a little bit of help, I don't want

to lose the current management team, they will need a bit of help if we get promoted. I don't want to see someone come in and run it like Ips**t, I want to see a real structure to our Club were we produce youngsters, sign up and coming players from lower leagues, just like we did for many years between 1975 & 1994. That's how I see our Club punching above our weight by having a real spine and structure.
