I have a question - when reading papers I've noticed that there seems to be some strange set of rules followed for writing numbers. Within the same sentence the article will say something like "There were nine journalists one the wrath of the barclay but only 1 of them went on and on and on about it"
What is the rule please? Why sometimes a number and other times letters? Thanks dukey. (if you ever log in again)
