My take on it is this. Norwich have breached rule 20 clause 3, in that they disregarded the conditions that Colchester attached to their permission to talk to Lambert - probably the lesser offence of the three they could commit under rule 20. In their submissions to the tribunal they have admitted this, which is what RC is talking about in the quoted article. They'll get credit for admitting it, cop a fine and pay us slightly more compensation than they offered but quite a bit less than we asked for.

I don't expect you to agree with it as we're all just a bit biased but I don't reckon I'm too far from what will happen.
