if it makes you feel a little better, when we went to the pre-season friendly we sat in the City Stand. Only because it was the only stand (in current guises) that we'd never sat in for a match.

Jarrold's odd isn't it? We moved from where we were last season because of being surrounded by part-timers/comps who were quite happy to spend most of the match not in their seats - half a dozen trips to the bar, turn up ten minutes in, chat to their mates, disappear again. But even where we are now there's a bit of a tendency to rush out 5 minutes before the end - we'll miss something significant one day and my husband will explode. However where we are now is a lot less orange than further along and I like it.
