Pompey fans wants the PL to intervene at the club

Want them to either declare the owners unfit and take the club off them, or suspend the owners and examine the books. Surely even if the PL do intervene, its not going to solve the problem of having no money. The PL can't bail the club out, all they can do it check the books and announce shock of all shocks that it has been run badly. Even if the PL get involved the club is still up the s**t surely?
