Gerrard perhaps ? I think Becks knows only one thing regarding leadership and that's to lead by example. That's a good thing, but you need more than that.

Gonna get crucified by I'm starting to think that if Terry is not captain, probably the next best choice would be Wayne Rooney. He is really maturing.
