Flash is waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy yyyyy over rated

It's annoying for the most part, badly written (especially on OS X) and has had several security issues. The HTML5 tag is going to end it's remaining usefulness for content streaming on, for example, YouTube.

The iPad multi-tasks but only for trusted applications - ie. Apples

That said I'm fairly agnostic about it.
