Perhaps the worst book that I've ever read.

Quite liked "On the road" (Kerouac) tho.

The difference? Kerouac was writing thinly veiled autobiography & so it had a kernel of truth to it.

Salinger wrote a patronising book that is only adored by people who don't read much.
