Most of the IT support here have them and they're OK if you want them to do a fresh install on a brand new PC (which is largely automated anyway); but ask them about strange messages in the event log and they're stumped.
I guess they're happy with their cheap MSDN subs though although I think we have a corporate one - dunno if that's open to discounts.
