A colleague (not a Norwich fan) just said to me

that he remembered all those newspaper articles and beeb pieces saying that it was ludicrous to sack Gunn so early, clubs should value stability, it showed how short-sighted chairmen were etc etc etc

He remarked that he hasn't noticed many pieces by the same hacks, pointing out how wrong all those views now appear to be...
