But rather than look for things that might be improved the current plan is use any ol' s**te to build them up.

Bringing on Oli when you are 3-0 up is hardly the mark of a genius. Ditto bringing on a 3rd centre back if a) your RB is crocked b) you are desperate to preserve your position at the top of the table and home-win sequence.
