v Charlton - we were 1-2 down at HT. We bossed the second half but reinforcememnts didn't come until 71 mins (Martin) and then 89 (Cody) & 90 (Pocket).

But apparently "This knack of making changes at just the right moment is a welcome departure from years of City managers sending on three players in the last five minutes..."
