you can go down the ipswich road

and then come off at keswick and go all the way on the b1113 sort of parallel to the a11 (hate to say this but you do go through selwynville) - then this heads down to garboldisham and in on the diss road to thetford.

or stay on as far as attleborough and then down to banham and kenninghall

or use main roads a la ralf's suggestion.
