Where the holding player though?

I think we need someone to sit in front of the back four, but that won't happen with Beckham, Gerrard and Lampard. Also, I assume he is trying to emulate Chelsea's formation, which is fine, but we don't have a Drogba to do the donkey work up front. Rooney's an immense player, but I don't think playing up on his own is going to get the best out of him.
