Would you just go for A11, A14, M6?

If so that's all right although the A11 at Thetford has been closed today. My bro just hit one after another road closure, roadworks, diversions etc, but he was going from KL. Took well under 2 hours from Cambridge at Christmas, and very shortly afterwards, well under 2 hours home.
