Just got my ipod back from apple...

...after the thing truly buggered up, the computer couldn't recognise it so I couldn't transfer songs or even try and reformat the thing.

To be fair to apple though, once I reported it they sent a prepaid ups package round, and then it was collected and a replacement sent out in 4 days. Over a bank holiday. Which I thought was pretty good.

The best thing about it is that it's all wired into my horseless carriage, none of that evil faffing about with radio frequencies. A mate had one of those things and it was tricky to find a completely interference-free part of the spectrum.

As for PSPs, what a load of w**k. Buy a book.
