joint of dead pig is now in the oven

apparently it's 35 minutes for every 450 grams of pig and i've got 960 grams so that equals 35/450*960 right? which is 74.66666666666667 mins. the rules on the packet also state that you need to add on another 30 minutes at the end. sort of like stoppage time i guess. so that's 104.666666666666667 minutes until dinner. which leads me to believe i should of started this an hour and a half ago.
