OK, they pulled it immediately as they got a lot of comments such as the one I sent "Notts County, you idiots, but I imagine we could use the money from the damages anyway so cheers". However, the BBC are running with it, even though it is about the denial rather than the initial story, and I am sure it will still have some negative effects as a lot of people believe that where there is smoke there is fire.
