Is that all? I reckon more - if nothing else to stop solicitors bills rising

Presumably if we won the case they'd be liable for costs of both sides. Talking about f**k off Solicitors / barristers on ?500 per hour.
Insurance Co I work for tends not to defend liability cases less than ?10k - make a decision to settle at 'best possible terms' because not economic to fight it.
