I have some chicken marinating in coconut milk, ginger, shallots, tumeric and chili, and I'll be frying that and serving it with chinky ships and the peanut sauce.
Sounds nice doesn't it?
But I've got to skin 150g of peanuts for it, and that will be as big a ball-ache as you can imagine.
