The reason the accounts were delayed was because there was doubt as to whether they should be prepared on a going concern basis. So as soon as they appeared, and on a going concern basis, we could be sure that administration was not imminent.
There's nothing in the accounts to suggest that club's tax position was any different in 2009 to what it was in 2008.
