Sort of, there is a deadline which i've fogotten. If its admin before then though then it

has to be thsi season.
The dealine is late on to stop teams 'taking the hit now' if there future looks pretty set (i.e. going up/down). The FL can then decide to carry it over to next season so they don't avoid the 'effect' of the deductions. Even if we went in after the deadline it would come off this season, they couldn't suspend it and let us go up auto. If we then went up through the p/o they couldn't take more off us!
