HMRC aren't a primary lender.

This story, I know for a fact, has been bubbling around for a while.

HMRC have been told to crack down on football clubs who it's felt by those at the highest level in HMRC have had it too easy too long. And given the country's current economic plight maximising tax revenue is a top priority.

Afraid this isn't going to go away.

And if you doubt me, let's just say I've worked for three of the last four CEOs of HMRC (Nick, Paul and Lesley)
