would the betting sites not be paying for the feed?

because the bbc are bound to know it's going on and someone like bet365 last week is not just a dodgy site. it's perfectly legal to broadcast games abroad after all. obviously how we watch it is from dodgy sites taking the betting site feed from abroad but not much can be done to stop that
