You are only as good as your last away win.............

I'm a business development manager if my last big deal was 15 months ago I would have been shown the door ages ago.

If I lost business through inept planning & poor presentation performances I would be shown the door

If I didnt learn from mistakes I would be shown the door

If I couln't motivate my team to hit business targets I would be shown the door

So imo Worthy should be shown the door
