it stopped things working

i like it when the internet works, it didn't seem worth breaking everything over for what is a fairly minimal risk really (though as i've done exactly that by now installing RequestPolicy and i'm quite liking that for some reason... hmmm, well i'm rather inconsistant, ah well, i'm only human...)

maybe it's the essential bit that i'm mostly disagreeing with?
