Recessions a Joke. Yes, getting that way.

Think i need a new job.
We need to generate more income this year, without increasing the staff levels that decreased last year.

Personally I'm thinking that's going to be a disaster, but we can't afford to increase costs, although it seems obvious to me that we can't afford not to on this either.
