A Leeds fan of my aquaintance yesterday put ?500 at 5/1 on Norwich to win the league.

Reckon he's feeling a little bit closer to that money tonight.

He'd already put ?100 on Leeds, before the start of the season, but recently, he tells me, he's become less confident that Leeds will continue to do well once Beckford has gone. He had been of the opiinion that Beccio would adequately fill his boots, but has become persuaded that that won't happen.

I've told him he can borrow my Norwich scarf if he wants.
