sack him now. the guy's insane. I really feel like he's got some 'football managing for dummies' book and he's just started again at the beginning having completed it last season.

1. try to sign some new players. If you can find anyone decent, get a few has been defenders in before the deadline.

2. play as many workhorses as possible in every match

3. you can never have enough strikers. But make sure you don't have too many who can score.

4. If you score a goal, tighten things up at the back and hope you can hold out until the final whistle.

5. If you concede, tighten things up at the back and hope you can equalise some time before the final whistle.
