The only signing that is needed

Dear Mr Worthington,

Thankyou very much for 5 enjoyable & successful years at this football club taking us to the play-off finals, promotion as champions & a season in the premiership.

We very much appreciate all of your hard work, however in lieu of the poor results this season, lack of quality signings this summer especially the inabilty to improve a defence that leaked like a sieve last summer, we feel the time has come to part company & to go our separite ways now.

We will be expecting your letter of resignation in the morning & will wish you all the best in the future
