thinking about it a little more - I dopn't accept that it is OK at all: we know (because Colchester have foolishly said) that the real reason for removing fans is nothing to do with safety regulations, but is because of the PL affair - in other words, H&S is not a genuine consideration, there is no genione fear that anyone's safety will be compromised. How therefore can it be right to rely on these regulations? I think the Club should be asked to clarify this (he said, banging his fist on the table).
