i'm 99% sure that is no longer the case, I think the FSA killed that one.

Act of god is undefinable and therefore unenforceable.

Any restriction to cover must be clearly defined.
Therefore policies can exclude adverse weather such as flood etc, but NOT state "Acts of God".
