I don't think it's "gone" anywhere

I used to follow the finances of the club quite closely, but once I decided that we could trust the people in charge I stopped bothering.
For all the talk of tens of millions the actual profit forecast for last year was ?5 million. The proposed Morrison deal, plus the net transfers that have gone through would have taken a big chunk out of that. BUt what you must have noticed is that there is relentless dissembling from the club as to how much money there actually is to spend (we always have much more than we let on) so the idea that there is only ?2 million "left" is probably just wrong.
