Its wierd this isn't it? Almost as if making an effort to protect the public

puts you at more risk of litigation!

However, I thought if an effort had been made to clear it, then they needed to prove the effort had been negligent, i.e. not done anywhere near properly.

Could be wrong on this, but I thought a case was usually only bought when nothing had been done?

Where is the git that is getting on a bit?
