Whats the score with Leon at the moment?

He looks completley shot to bits confidence wise, a shadow of his former self, he doesnt look happy when he is playing either, is this just a footballing thing or has something happened behind the scenes? I can imagine him being a bit arrogant, has he upset a few people?
