McNally and Bowkett speak pretty openly about the situation.
Even though we have brought in players obviously we are paying much less in wages than we have in along long time.
As certain contracts expire/sold our wage bill will become smaller.
I actually expect the situation to improve over time.
It does seem though that if we do not get promoted this year we will have to take some drastic meassures
It will probably involve playing more younger players and letting some of the higher wage earners go.
As Bowkett also suggested it might involve selling the ground back to the money lenders and renting it.
Because he mentioned it, its obviously already been discussed.
This is a far better option than admin which f**ks everybody from the lenders to the club/fans (-10 points)
It sounds like our position is not good but we are far from dead and control our destiny.
We will probably gamble in the window bringing in players to secure promotion, which is obviously a big part of the plan agreed to by the banks.
