I was thinking the bloke who acted as middleman for Man City and Portsmouth

Between Shinawatra and Sheik Mansour, and then between whichever of the Gaydamaks that actually owned Portsmouth and whoever the hell owns them now - assuming they exist at all (There have been a few rather wild rumours that the man named as the owner doesn't actually exist)
