Not sacking him - asking how committed he is to us in the event of certain circumstances

Either Celtic or a Premier League club (with better infrastructure than Burnley) wanting him. It never ceases to amaze me how many clubs rise or fall on one man - and are then utterly lost when that one man leaves. There needs to be some sort of contingency plan, at least; and by that, I don't just mean giving it to Culverhouse. Who I love, was my favourite player in the great Stringer/Walker team, but has no managerial experience.
