I agree I don?t blame him for wanting to leave us really

only a bit harsh on us fans considering we get double what Burnley would in the same division. I do think McNally would be capable of 2 things though:

a) convincing him to stay on to end of the season whilst agreeing that he can speak to Prem clubs with his permission next season

b) Appointing somebody else just as good.
