Helmet on, question about Lamberts handling of the younger players.

Dont get me wrong Lambert has proven that he will play the younger players who he thinks are good enough.

My question is about the fringe defensive players such as Stephens, Dumic and even Kelly (who has switched to CB)

Wouldnt it be better to at least loan them out to teams like Lowestoft Town to gain more experience in reasonably competitive games.

It seems even with major injuries at the back Lambert would rather shuffle than give these players a chance.
Fair enough, but if you don't want to play them then at least loan them out.
I know the club have let Lathrope out on some very short term loan.
I would like to see a lot more of this.
