Bit concerned about this "emergency" loan business...

Can anyone confirm for sure whether the football league got this concession or not as I thought this was the first season where everyone had been brought into line.

Be typical if we didn't buy anyone then found we couldn't get loan players in as we thought we could.

Bit disapppointed generally that it looks like its only going to be laons. I know it paid off for us last time but taking players on loan is always a risk in my eyes.
